BALLET BURN

The ballet burn challenge is inpried by barre, ballet and pilates. It blends precision, control and fluid movement to sculpt, strengthen, and ignite every muscle while keeping the body light, agile and free. This challenge empasizes core strength, flexibility, and balance while combining graceful movements with a deep burn to create and build lean muscle and flow.

This fun and dynamic approach to fitness will leave you feeling strong, and more in tune with your body.

How to join

1. Ballet Burn is FREE for all members

2. Become a member here

3. Download our APP, or use the online studio on our computer

4. The challenge will be avaliable on the app and in the online studio Monday 7th of April
